Shipping policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Aurélie Glow. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process and timelines.

 

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We’re unable to ship to international addresses at this time. Orders to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses may not be deliverable depending on the item.


Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.


Shipping rates and delivery time

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after processing. Total time from order to delivery is therefore approximately 8–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to become active.


Delays

Occasionally orders may take longer than the estimated window due to circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of shipping, reach out through our Contact Page or send us an email at hello@aurelieglow.com and we’ll help resolve it.


Lost or stolen packages

Aurélie Glow isn’t responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, please contact the carrier directly, then reach out to us so we can assist.


Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@aurelieglow.com and we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
