Refund policy

Your glow ritual is backed by our 30-day guarantee.

  • If your device arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace it or refund you in full — just get in touch through our Contact Page or send us an email at hello@aurelieglow.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll cover the cost of making it right.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind returns can only be accepted for unopened devices in their original sealed packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
  • Items returned should be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process any refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
